How in the world can a typewriter collector and repairman lead to such a thought provoking life? As I sit down with Charles Justice, one of my most favorite people on this planet, I found out what makes this man tick. I couldn’t help to investigate what drives him to excellence as he presses beyond his limitations to create his own journey. Not many of us think about leaving a body of work behind for the next generation. So in order to do this we talked about effectiveness vs our knowledge that is untested. Covering topics from Hollywood controlling the narrative of our worldview to strategies on how to protect your creativity from the daily grind. This might be the conversation you’re needing to start the new year. Enjoy!

Pete,
Enjoyed the podcast. Maybe I’m the odd man out, but I compose on the typewriter and edit on the computer. For some reason, I’m just fearless on the typewriter. I made write and rewrite a sentence, but that act of retyping usually makes things better.
Always nice to hear the dulcet tones of Charlie Justice!
Vinny
Vinny, glad you enjoyed the podcast! Charles is a different kind of special. Sounds like you have a pretty good system working for you. I need to see some of your typewriters!
